I havent worked with KM for quite some time - and therefore i am quite "rusty" - so please bear over with me 
.
I have a requirement for what i think should be quite simple.
I need to be able to publish "news" ie. status updates / service windows etc. incl. attachments to the news.
Theese news should be routed to 4 different recievers.
not nesecary the same recievers.
ie. managers should be able to read some news - while emplyees should be able to read another type etc.
what would be the easiest way to achieve this?
