Source code to auto classify documents

Hi,

we have created some taxonomies and they work fine. But our customer has asked us for updating taxonomies whenever they want.

We have some functions to delete taxonomies, update taxonomies and initialize taxonomies... but we have reached at this point:

We need to create taxonomies and auto classify documents that already exist.

But we must do it programming, not clicking in "auto classify" button of "Classification Inbox".

How could we do this?

I don´t know if this is important but we use QueryBasedTaxonomies...
