where can I change color of content area frame bar and the design bar.

hello:

     I want to change the color of  content area  frame bar and  the  design bar.

     And I download <u>com.sap.portal.layouts.framework.par</u> and                           <u>com.sap.portal.navigation.contentarea.par</u>

but in these jsp file,I don't find the code about changing colour.

  someone can help,where can I change the colour of content area.
