Upload of large files to KM does not work via Apache reverse proxy

Hi,

We exposed our SAP EP (7.0 SPS 22)  to Internet via an Apache reverse proxy (2.2.16). Unfortunately, we get the following error when trying to upload a 10 MB sized file to KM. Same problem appears also when we try to upload the par file in System Admin->Support->Administration Console...

This happens only when uploading file to SAP EP. Other applications also proxied via the same reverse proxy can upload the same file without problems.
