Scheduler Task in 7.3

Hi All,

I am migrating my KM Scheduler task jobs from 7.0 to 7.3. I am able to successfully compile the DC and deployed it. However, once I deployed I do not see the new job under System Administration->System Configuration->Knowledge Management->Configuration->Content Management->Global Services->Scheduler Tasks.

I verified that the service is deployed correctly and also started. Please give me some hints on how to troubleshoot this and is there anything else that need to be done in 7.3 to get this working?
