I'm desperate, maybe someone can help, I would guess the answer is simple and I just don't see it 
I have 3 different files in the Content Management.
One has the mime type text/plain, the others text/html.
1) How do I change the mime type of these already existing files?
2) "Edit locally" leads in case of text/plain to a text editor, in case of text/html to a html editor. The third text/html is broken HTML, so you have the option to chose between the two editors. Where is this behavior stored? How can I configure it (for a mime type or for a KM-location or for the whole role/portal)?
I just try to be able to edit a html file in the text editor.
