Checking KM file permission from ear file.

Hi Experts,

          How to check whether the logged user have read access to a given file in KM or not . From ear file i am able to navigate to particular KM folder and list available files in the folder, But i want to get files only the logged user having read, read or full control permissions.EP version is 7.31 .Please help.
