Error: when trying "send To" in KM folder.

Hi All,

        We are running EP6.0 SP9,KM SP9.

     I have configured the Server = <b>'my company's Exchange-Server'</b> and Type = <b>SMTP</b> in System Administration > System Configuration > KM > CM > Utilities > Channels > Email Channel > EMAIL.

     But still, In KM folders (for ex: <b>/documents/test</b>), when i try to <b>"send To"</b> a file (say abc.txt), i am unable to email to any of the portal users.

     I get the following error: "<b>The e-mail server could not be reached when the system was trying to send the message.</b>"

     I have also restarted the server. But, there is no change.

     Any idea? What else should i do? Am i missing something??
