Portal 7.3 Wiki, unauthorized action message using email link to wiki page

I'm facing a problem with the portal 7.3 collaboration wiki.

After submitting a page for approval I get a email notification that this page is ready for approval. Clicking on the link to the wiki page in the email for the first time I get a unauthorized action message (see below) although I have all permissions for this page. By clicking the link again the page appears as it should.

We using Single Sign On. I'm guessing the authorization process is to slow and the page is already loaded in the background before the process is done.

Any suggestions?
