Dear Experts,
when I press resourse link for Excel file (try to open it on my pc) and when I select "Open" (instread of Save) then the following happens:
empty Explorer window is opened and Excel icon on toolbar is starting blinking (I use Win 7). It blinks becase when Excel is trying to open the file the small popup window appears with title "Window Security" and text "Connect to <server>" and user name and password and buttons "OK" and "Cancel". Even if I press "Cancel" the file is opened.
Why it is asking for password again? Some users do not notice that and keep waiting looking at blank explorer screen. Also when for some reason customer changes the password then this pop-up window will have old password saved. Then when user presses "OK" then the account gets LOCKED! It is so unconvenient!
Is there any solutions to that?
