Hi Every body,
I have configured "Instant messaging" service in my EP system. it is successfully configured and portal users are able to chat with each others.
The issue is after chatting when user close the Instant messaging box the user's availability status in CLP changing to offline even user is online, due to this user not receiving any message from other portal users. Is there any body experienced the same issue and fixed it kindly share your experience.
we are on EHP 1 for SAP EP 7.3 (i.e SAP EP 7.31), SP stack is 11.
