AccessDeniedException on KM/WPC Export

I am trying to transport WPC Shared Content folder from one portal to another.

I've created an export template in the source portal pointing to the Shared content folder of the Area but when I run it I am getting:

com.sapportals.wcm.repository.AccessDeniedException: Permission denied: uri=/pccdesign/testroy/Shared Content, permission=leaf_read_content, user=USER.PRIVATE_DATASOURCE.un:transport_service

I am the owner of the Area and a super admin in the portal.

When I check my permissions on the Shared content folder of the Area in KM I see I've got full permissions.

I have already seen this thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3225277 discussing the same issue however this case was during the import of the package in the destination portal my problem is already happening during export of the package in the source portal.

Any ideas...?
