Replace the XML Forms HTML Editor with the KM HTML Editor

I'm on EP6.0 SP2

I've set up an XML form to handle our intranet content.

However I have found that when you create/edit a new XF doc there are differences between the HTML editor you get in XF compared to the HTML editor you get in KM for HTML files. THe KM Editor has the functionality I am after - namely inserting images and inserting links to other KM content within free text.

I've investigated on here already and subsequently found the etc/xmlforms/ folder with the htmledit/htmledit.js script which is used to provide the XF HTML Editor functionality. I've tried editing/extending this script but with no success

Does anybody know of a way to either extend the XF HTML Editor to cover these functions, or (prefereably) how to make the KM HTML Editor appear instead?
