Webex integration with collaboration :error : "session already ended !!"

Hi All,

I have integrated webex with the portal using webex trial user/password.

The webex meeting is getting created and the email is also going to the selected users to join the meeting.

Problem:

1)Once the user (host) navigates to webex meeting center the portal gives a message that the session has been ended please save. but the user is shown in the webex meeting center as a host.

2) When the user who is invited tries to log on to the meeting with the link sent automatically by email. it gives the message that the session has already been ended.

Please suggest the reason and required configuration to solve it.
