How to do KM iView with "banner" inside

Hi,

I would like to do following scenario:

1) Create new KM folder for images or Macromedia Flash file;

2) Allow users to upload there files (.jpg, .fla)

3) Start Time Dependent Publishing for this folder

4) Allow users to decide which image (or .fla) should be a banner for today.

But question is: how to iView to display image (or Flash). This iView should contain only one image banner or Flash banner. I don't want to show any property -> simply image. Like ads on regular webpages...

Should I:

- configure collection renderer and/or resource renderer for this iView? or

- use ImageMaps somehow? or

- use XMLForms builder to create new form type? or

- maybe is this a task for developer?

Any help appreciated.
