Copy KM content from folder 1 to folder 2

Hello

We have the following requirement:

Our BW-IP solution also uses a comment solution. The comments are stored in SAP Portal, KM, folder 1.

The comments are based on 0FISCALYEAR, 0COSTCENTER, 0COSTELMNT, 0INFOPROV and keyfigure 0AMOUNT.

By the time the quantity of comments increases and the performance of reading the comments decreases.

Now we would like to store/move all comments of 0FISCYEAR 2012 in another folder 2.

Folder 1 should be released by these 2012 comments/documents.

Is there any SAP standard function offering this functionality?
