Rich Text Editor in portal forum - 7.3 SP08

Hello,

I'm going to open a SAP support message but perhaps someone has the answer here.

We are going to use SAP (Jive) Portal Forums.  We are in Portal 7.3 SP08.  We face problems with Rich Text editor:

- image cannot be inserted;

- links (external) doesn't work;

- the same form emoticons.

I already found notes

SAP Note 1700592 - Inserting image doesn't work in RTE when replying to message

but we are in a upper patch level than those mentionned in the note.

Perhaps do we have a customising or a system parameter missing ?  Any idea or experience on this ?
