Theme Editor Blank for one portal instance

Hi Team,

We build new EP portal 7.4 with two instances , while accessing the theme editor we are getting blank screen in second instances.

Please suggest regarding this issue.

As many post suggested to delete the themes or redeploy the EP-BASIS sda but i am not confident on these solutions because our first instance is showing theme editor perfectly.
