Issue in Importing .kmc file in KM content

Hi Experts,

I have an issue in importing .kmc file in KM content.

I have exported the file in .kmc format from DEV system and uploaded the file in QA. Also I got success message that the file uploaded. But I could not see the file in PENDING IMPORT tab. I have also checked in the KM content folder system>expimp>import-->pending but the file is not there too. Could anyone help me what would be the issue ?
